Review its work

Approve, ask for changes or reject, and what each answer teaches your department.

Where finished work appears

Home tells you how many pieces wait for your yes; tap Review to go through them one by one. Calendar shows every piece on the day it goes out, and the number next to Calendar is how many wait for you.

Look at it the way your customers will

Each piece opens the way it will look on its channel: the pictures, the caption and when it goes out. Go through every slide of a carousel and read the caption to the end before you answer.

Your three answers

  • Approve: it goes out at its time on a connected channel. After a yes you can add What worked?, for example "the drawn characters acting it out". It's optional, and it tells your department what to keep doing.
  • Ask for changes: say what to change in your own words, for example "shorter, and lead with the price". Your department makes a new version and shows it to you. A change uses that piece's credits again, like a new piece.
  • Reject: it won't go out. Add what's wrong if you can, for example "too salesy, and we don't sell that one anymore".

What your answers teach it

Your department learns from every answer. A yes is learned as what you want; a change or a no as what you don't. A no is a no, with or without words, but a few words teach it much faster, because then it knows why.

Tip. Say what to keep as well as what to change. "Love the photo, the caption is too long" teaches more than a no on the whole piece.

Changed your mind?

Until a piece goes out, open it and tap Take back my yes, or Don't post once it's scheduled.
