    More questions, answered
How does Nouna get to know my business?

Start with your website. Nouna gathers your products, offers and brand details, then you review what it found. Add anything missing and correct anything that needs changing before production begins.

Do I have to prompt it every day?

No. Once your business is set up, Nouna prepares the work. Update your offers, give feedback on drafts and connect your channels so your marketing reflects what is happening in your business.

    Who decides what gets published?

You control what can go out and when. Approving a draft accepts the content; scheduling and publishing are separate actions. Any automatic publishing follows the permissions you set for the account.

    Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Open a draft and describe what you want changed. Nouna makes a new revision, and the previous version stays in the work's history.

Can I use Nouna for my clients?

Yes. Agency accounts can add and onboard multiple brands. Each brand has its own context, content and connected accounts.

    Let’s get to know
    your business.
