Terms of Service

Nouna is operated by NURSOL + CO LTD ("NURSOL", "we", "us"). This agreement, these Terms of Service ("Terms"), is between you and NURSOL + CO LTD. By accessing or using Nouna's marketing platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Nouna provides an AI-powered marketing platform that enables users to:

• Generate marketing copy and content using artificial intelligence
• Create and edit product images
• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Analyze marketing performance and analytics
• Integrate with third-party platforms and services

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Nouna offers subscription plans that differ in how much finished marketing work they include:

• Self-serve plans: Each plan includes a stated amount of finished work each month for each channel (posts on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Google Business, LinkedIn articles, blog posts, stories, emails and search fixes, with ads on the plans that include them) for a set number of brands, people and channels, as shown on the pricing page. The month follows the calendar in your brand's timezone, and a plan that starts part way through a month gets that month's share.
• Agency plans: Custom volume, multiple brands and team access, arranged by conversation.

Plans are priced per month or per year and billed in advance. Work you do not use in a month does not carry forward. Refunds are handled case by case: write to the billing contact below and we will look at your situation.

You retain ownership of content you upload to Nouna ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide our services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before use
• Ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Verifying accuracy of any claims or statements in generated content
• Obtaining necessary rights for any third-party materials referenced

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Generate content that violates advertising platform policies

The Service allows integration with third-party platforms (Facebook, Shopify, Google, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nouna and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nouna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date and tell you about material changes on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
