Roles and instructions
Customers choose the brand information, products, content, audiences, and connected accounts they provide to Nouna. Nouna uses that information to provide the requested marketing workflows under the Terms and Privacy Policy. The parties' legal roles can depend on the data and the applicable law.
Information used by the product
- Account and workspace details needed to provide access.
- Brand truth, strategy, products, assets, and customer-approved source material.
- Connected-account identifiers, authorization credentials, and provider responses.
- Prompts, generated drafts, approvals, schedules, action status, and audit metadata.
- Billing, usage, error, security, and support records needed to operate the service.
Service providers and destinations
Nouna uses hosted application and database infrastructure, model and research providers, billing services, and the social or marketing platforms a customer connects. Data is sent only as needed for the selected workflow, but an external provider's own terms and processing also apply.
Provider availability and configuration can change. Contact Nouna before relying on a particular location, subprocessors list, or transfer mechanism for a regulated use.
Retention, deletion, and exports
Records are retained while needed to provide the account and for security, billing, legal, support, or audit purposes. Account deletion should remove customer data covered by the request subject to those limited retention needs. Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily delete objects already created on the external platform.
Sensitive and regulated data
Nouna is a marketing product. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, data about children, or other sensitive information unless a written agreement and the product's controls explicitly support it.
Requests and agreements
For privacy requests, see the Privacy Policy. To ask about a Data Processing Addendum or a specific compliance requirement, contact the team.
