Autonomous mode terms.

Fully Autonomous Mode may perform supported organic publishing actions without an individual approval only for the brands, channels, action types, and connected accounts shown in an active authorization record.

This authorization does not cover paid-ad publishing, budget or targeting changes, customer-fund spending, email sending or sequencing, website deployment, account ownership changes, billing changes, or any capability not explicitly listed at activation.

Activation requires a signed-in authorized user to review the selected scope, limits, risk warning, and this exact terms version, then provide non-preselected confirmations. A frontend preference alone does not create authority.

You confirm that you are authorized to act for the selected brand and connected accounts and to publish the covered content. You remain responsible for business facts, claims, rights, disclosures, platform rules, and applicable law. Keep brand truth and account mappings accurate.

AI-generated content and research can be incomplete, incorrect, repetitive, or inappropriate. Connected platforms can reject, delay, duplicate, or ambiguously acknowledge a request. Monitoring and controls reduce but do not eliminate these risks. You accept that completed external actions can have business consequences.

Nouna may act only within active server-side authorization and technical account limits. It must stop when authority is paused, revoked, expired, does not match the exact account or action, or the provider authorization is invalid. Nouna may also block an action for safety, quality, compliance, uncertainty, or service-integrity reasons.

Nouna records the authorization version, accepting user, selected scope, timestamps, status, and available action metadata. Activity and recovery records may include reasoning, evidence references, destination account, provider identifiers, failure state, and known uncertainty, subject to what the provider returns.

You may pause or revoke autonomous authority. The control applies to new actions after the server records it; it cannot recall a request already completed by an external platform. Removing or correcting published content may require a separate action on that platform and may not erase copies, impressions, or downstream effects.

Acceptance applies only to version 2026-07-28-organic-beta-v1. A material new version may require fresh acceptance before new autonomous work continues. The active authorization record, not this page alone, determines the accepted version.
