Nouna is operated by NURSOL + CO LTD ("NURSOL", "we", "us"). This policy is between you and NURSOL + CO LTD.

You may connect and use only businesses, brands, data, websites, audiences, and platform accounts you are authorized to manage. Do not bypass permissions, impersonate another person, share access credentials, probe other tenants, or attempt to retrieve secrets.

Do not use Nouna to create, target, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or exploitative marketing. You are responsible for applicable advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, privacy, endorsement, promotion, and sector-specific rules.

Do not publish fabricated testimonials, credentials, prices, availability, performance, health, financial, legal, environmental, or comparative claims. Do not misrepresent AI output as verified evidence or conceal a disclosure when law or platform policy requires one.

Do not upload purchased, scraped, or discovered contact lists for unsolicited email. Maintain a lawful basis or consent where required and honor suppression, unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint states. Nouna sends marketing email only through your connected Klaviyo account, which applies its unsubscribe and suppression records to every send.

Do not use drafts to evade a platform's restricted-category, targeting, disclosure, political-advertising, or billing rules. Paid-ad execution and autonomous spend are not enabled in the current beta.

Do not disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, automate abusive request volumes, reverse engineer protected systems, defeat rate or credit limits, interfere with audit records, or retry an uncertain external action in a way that could create duplicates.

Nouna may limit, pause, or suspend access when needed to investigate safety, security, legal, provider-policy, or service-integrity risks. Urgent restrictions may occur before notice when continuing an action could cause harm.
