One switch for everything
In Settings, under How it runs:
- Ask me first: every piece waits for your yes on Home or Calendar. Every account starts here.
- Run on its own: finished pieces go out at their planned time on every connected channel. You can still open one and ask for changes until it goes out.
What always waits for you
- Paid ads
- Emails
- An offer or giveaway your business doesn't run yet
- New pages and rewrites of your website (small fixes, like a page's title in search, go live on their own)
- Anything that shows your business's own people
When to let it run on its own
Tip. Start with Ask me first. When you find yourself approving most pieces without changes, switch to Run on its own, and look over Calendar every few days.
Switch back to Ask me first whenever you like. From that moment nothing new goes out without your yes. A post already on a channel stays there until you remove it on the channel.
