Approvals and autonomous organic work

Draft Only never performs external actions. Approval Required needs a specific approval. Fully Autonomous may publish only the organic actions and exact accounts covered by an active authorization. Autonomous email and paid execution are not part of the current beta.

It is an explicitly accepted authorization for a bounded set of organic publishing actions. It is not a general permission to act across every channel. The user selects the brand, channels, accounts, and limits and can pause or revoke that authority.

Yes. Models, research providers, and connected platforms can return incomplete or incorrect results. Brand confirmation, bounded permissions, activity history, failure handling, and a pause control reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

Yes. An active authorization can be paused or revoked. Pausing blocks new covered actions; it cannot undo an action that an external platform has already completed.

Yes where the product offers that scope. Authorization is intended to be tied to selected brands, organic channels, and connected accounts rather than applied to the whole workspace by default.

Pausing or revoking authority stops new work. A published external action may need to be removed or corrected on the connected platform and may not be fully reversible.

Recorded activity includes the account, action, status and any failures. Details from the connected platform appear when that platform returns them.
