Which accounts can Nouna access?
Only accounts connected through the product and authorized by the provider. The scopes available depend on the connection. Disconnect an account to prevent new use of that connection.
How does Nouna prevent wrong-brand publishing?
Publishing should resolve the selected brand, channel, and connected account before execution. During the supervised beta, verify those fields in every approval or schedule. If the account is missing or unexpected, do not publish and contact support.
Can I manage multiple businesses?
Agency accounts can add and switch between brands. Each business keeps its own context, content, connected accounts and approvals. Other accounts can set up their first brand.
Can team members have different permissions?
Team and agency roles exist, but the exact actions available depend on workspace membership and the current permission checks. Do not share credentials between team members.
How do I disconnect an account?
Use Settings → Connections. Before disconnecting, inspect pending schedules and authorizations that refer to that account.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use the deletion control in account settings when available or contact support. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, legal, or audit purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What happens if a platform connection fails?
New work for that connection should stop. Reconnect the account, then review the failed item before attempting it again.
What happens if Nouna is unsure whether an action completed?
The action is shown as uncertain. Check the external platform before retrying, and contact support if you cannot confirm what happened.
Can Nouna create duplicates?
Nouna uses action identifiers and retry controls in supported workflows, but external timeouts can still make an outcome uncertain. Do not blindly retry an uncertain action.
How can I get help?
Use the contact page or email hello@nouna.io. Include the workspace, brand, channel, time, and visible action status, but never send passwords, API keys, or access tokens.
Where can I see system status?
Signed-in users can open Settings to check system status. For a failed or uncertain action, review its status and contact support if you need help.
Where do I find current pricing and limits?
Use the public Pricing page for the current offer and the signed-in Billing and usage areas for the plan and limits recorded for your account. This help centre does not duplicate values that can change.
