Your first hour

From signing up to your first finished posts: what you do, and what your department does.

Tell it about your business

Sign up at nouna.io/start. It asks for three things:

  1. 1Your website. No website yet? Tap No website yet? Tell us about the business instead and say what you sell and who buys it.
  2. 2What you want more of: leads, sales, bookings, sign-ups, followers and more. Your first pick is your Main goal; pick others too if they matter.
  3. 3Your account: continue with Google, or use your name, email and a password.

Answer the questions only you can answer

While your department reads your website, it asks about ten questions: what makes you different, who your best customers are, what you never want to say, and the accounts you'd love your posts to look like.

Tip. Answer them yourself, in your own words. They are the things your website can't tell it, and they shape everything it makes. Busy? Skip the rest, use what my site says works too, and setup carries on by itself five minutes after the questions appear.

Watch it get to know you

Home shows each step as it happens:

  • Reading your website
  • Checking how Google and AI answers see you
  • Researching your rivals and your buyers
  • Writing your six business documents
  • Planning your month, then your first posts

Setup takes about half an hour. Watch it on Home, or close the tab: we email you when your first posts are ready.

Take the tour

When the questions are done, a short tour shows you around: where your work appears, where to show it your look, how to talk to it and how to choose how it runs. Take it again any time from the menu under your brand's name, top right, with Take the tour. On a phone it's under More.
