Post less, at the right time
Posting every day feels productive. But three posts that land when your customers are actually looking beat seven posted into the void.
Your audience has a rhythm
A bakery's customers check their phones at 7am with coffee. An office manager books catering on Tuesday mornings, not Saturday night. Every business has two or three windows when its people are actually paying attention, and most posting schedules ignore them completely.
Find yours in your own numbers
Look at your last 20 posts. Sort by reach, not likes. The pattern is almost always about when, not what: the same kind of post does triple the numbers on a weekday morning versus a weekend afternoon. Move your slots, keep the content, and measure again in a month.
And when a slot consistently underperforms, kill it. Nobody is handing out prizes for consistency at 6pm on Sundays.
The takeaway: cut your posting volume in half, put everything in your two best windows, and watch reach go up.
